KEY2ACT North American Tier 1 support by GP Support North for Microsoft Dynamics GP

Endeavour Solutions has clients who are using Key2Act and can assist with preliminary Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.  Deeper Tier 3 support must be obtained directly from Key2Act.

Prior to 2023 Endeavour was an authorized partner, but Key2Act has since changed its partner program effectively discontinuing partnerships for GP renewal and support partners, focusing solely on net new sales.

Two core KEY2ACT (formerly Wennsoft) product groupings are:
    1. KEY2ACT Job Cost for Job Costing, Project Estimates, Tracking expenses and POs by job. (Wennsoft Job Cost for Dynamics GP Great Plains)
    2. KEY2ACT MobileTech for Mobile Field Service for construction, equipment management, service management, fixed assets management and mobile dispatch of field technician.
